Cedh Vivi spellslinger by miklife1

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier turns every noncreature spell into growth and table-wide drain. The primary plan is to land Vivi early with fast mana, chain cheap/free instants and artifacts to pump her power, and use Harmonic Prodigy to double each trigger. Niv-Mizzet, Visionary acts as a hidden secondary engine, converting Vivi's burn into card draw. The deck can close by storming through enough Vivi triggers, by taking an extra turn with Final Fortune/Warrior's Oath, or by assembling the Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring + Mana Vault infinite-bounce loop. A dense free-counter package protects the commander and lets the list play a fast combo-control role.
