Deck overview

This mono-blue deck combines tempo aggro and combo elements, utilizing evasive one-drop creatures to consistently generate card advantage through combat-damage triggers. Led by Fblthp, Impossibly Lost, the deck draws heavily off early attacks, filling its hand with cheap interaction, countermagic, and artifact tutors. Its primary win condition is a compact combination with Mirror of Fate: by activating Mirror of Fate to exile the entire library and connecting with an unblockable creature, Fblthp's combat trigger immediately wins the game. Redundant coastal piracy effects like Bident of Thassa and Reconnaissance Mission ensure continuous resource flow. If the primary artifact line is contested, the deck seamlessly transitions into backup win conditions, leveraging Psychosis Crawler to drain opponents through card draw, Triskaidekaphile for an alternate victory trigger, or growing threats like Chasm Skulker. A deep package of counterspells and aura-based creature neutralization provides reliable defense and disruption throughout.
