Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Flash-Tempo strategy centered on Felix Five-Boots. It leverages low-cost, unblockable, and evasive creatures such as Slither Blade and Invisible Stalker to trigger combat-damage abilities. When paired with coastal piracy effects like Bident of Thassa, Reconnaissance Mission, and Enduring Curiosity, Felix Five-Boots doubles these triggers to draw massive amounts of cards each combat step. The deck converts this overwhelming card advantage into game control by holding up an extensive suite of instant-speed countermagic and removal, including Rewind, Tishana's Tidebinder, and Tear Asunder. Mana engines like Wilderness Reclamation maximize instant-speed reactivity on opponents' turns. The game is closed through repeated unblocked combat swings amplified by Inkfathom Witch, Biomass Mutation, or Runechanter's Pike.
