Deck overview

This Esper Equipment deck is commanded by Ratonhnhaké꞉ton, blending aggressive Voltron strategies with graveyard recursion and equipment-cost cheating. In the early turns, the deck sets up mana rocks, tutors, and self-mill or discard outlets to place high-impact Equipment like Colossus Hammer, Excalibur, Sword of Eden, and Genji Glove into the graveyard. When Ratonhnhaké꞉ton enters, its built-in hexproof and unblockability guarantee a safe initial combat connection on Turn 4. That hit creates a menace Assassin token and reanimates an Equipment directly attached to it, generating an instant lethal clock. The deck backs up this combat plan with robust free-equip enablers like Puresteel Paladin, Sigarda's Aid, and Forge Anew, as well as auxiliary threats like Cloud, Midgar Mercenary. An efficient interaction suite featuring Desynchronization, Dovin's Veto, and exile removal keeps opponents off-balance while your equipped board closes the game by Turn 7.
