Deck overview

This Vivi Ornitier deck is a competitive Izzet spellslinger storm deck designed to assemble fast, decisive wins on Turn 2 or 3. The primary game plan pairs Vivi with Curiosity or Ophidian Eye. Because Vivi deals one damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, each spell draws three cards. This massive card flow fuels a continuous chain of zero-mana artifacts, rituals, and cheap cantrips, rapidly inflating Vivi's power and dealing lethal noncombat damage to all three opponents in a single turn. The deck is supported by format-tier fast mana, premier free counterspells like Fierce Guardianship and Force of Will, and resilient secondary lines including Underworld Breach storm loops and Polymorph into Prismari, the Inspiration. While vulnerable to well-timed creature removal before Vivi grows, the deck's dense protection and extreme speed make it a top-tier threat.
