Deck overview

This Izzet list is a cast-from-exile extra-turn engine built entirely around Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger. The plan is to give her haste, swing, and use her combat trigger to exile the top two cards of the library and free-cast a Hero or noncreature spell. Thirteen extra-turn spells - from Time Warp and Capture of Jingzhou to Temporal Trespass and Nexus of Fate - form the chaining core, backed by trigger-copying permanents (Strionic Resonator, Peter Parker's Camera, Echo, Perceptive Prodigy) and spell-copiers (Swarm Intelligence, Spider-Verse) that double the value of every chain. The actual kill comes two ways: token armies from Rite of the Dragoncaller and Shark Typhoon, and direct damage from Passionate Archaeologist, Thor, God of Thunder, and a copy-stacked Delayed Blast Fireball. World at War and Genji Glove add extra combats on the same turn, re-triggering the commander's ability. It is a linear, swingy, commander-centric deck: one successful attack can end the game, but everything hinges on that first trigger.
