They Call Him Rodan by ApprenticeLarge

Format: Commander

Commander: Vadrok, Apex of Thunder

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vadrok, Apex of Thunder is a mutate-based recursion engine: every mutate trigger re-plays a noncreature spell with mana value 3 or less from the graveyard, so cheap cantrips, removal, and protection can be used repeatedly. The primary plan is a Jeskai spellslinger token swarm built around Kykar, Wind's Fury, Jeskai Ascendancy, and Birgi; each noncreature spell draws, makes a Spirit, refunds red mana, and pumps the board, closing with a large flying/trample attack. Secondary paths are repeated Vadrok/Lore Drakkis loops for value and Grapeshot/Porcuparrot as burst damage. The hidden commander is Kykar, because it supplies both the token army and the mana to keep the chain alive.
