Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Spellslinger Aristocrats strategy led by Silverquill, the Disputant. The game plan revolves around generating low-cost creature tokens—such as Inklings, Spirits, and Servos—and leveraging the commander's casualty 1 ability to copy every instant and sorcery spell cast. Doubling card draw spells like Deadly Dispute and Village Rites provides massive card velocity, while doubled removal spells like Anguished Unmaking dismantle opposing boards efficiently. The deck transitions into the late game by accumulating mana through Pitiless Plunderer and Black Market, setting up game-winning plays with Teysa Karlov, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim. The finish is achieved through explosive evasive combat swarms from Thalisse, Reverent Medium and Blot Out the Sky, combined with mass sacrifice drain or a casualty-copied Debt to the Deathless. Strong protection from Grand Abolisher and Duty Beyond Death ensures safe resolution during critical winning turns.
