Deck overview

This Jund deck pairs Ellie, Brick Master and Joel, Resolute Survivor to execute an aggressive token-generation, goad, and aristocrats strategy. Ellie enters on Turn 2 and incites opponents to attack each other by generating tapped Cordyceps tokens during combat. Joel enters on Turn 4 or 5, capitalizing on creature token deaths to grow his power and provide consistent card advantage. The deck pressures opponents proactively through forced combat enablers like Disrupt Decorum, Geode Rager, and Vengeful Ancestor, draining life totals via Nadier's Nightblade and Arnyn, Deathbloom Botanist. Once the board accumulates a critical mass of tokens, finishing spells such as Overrun and Craterhoof Behemoth turn the swarm into an unblockable lethal wave. While the list lacks high-velocity tutors and countermagic, its resilient commander partnership, redundant token creators, and steady incremental damage deliver a cohesive multiplayer game plan.
