Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Jund Treasure and big-mana strategy led by Ognis, the Dragon's Lash. The game plan focuses on deploying haste-enablers and attacking creatures to generate a steady stream of tapped Treasure tokens each combat. These accumulated artifact tokens accelerate mana production and convert combat momentum into massive resource swings. The deck leverages its Treasure hoard into game-ending X-spells such as Genesis Wave, Comet Storm, and Lavalanche, or converts artifact entries and sacrifices into direct damage through Ingenious Artillerist and Mayhem Devil. While the deck features strong mana acceleration and explosive recovery due to Ognis having natural haste, it carries noticeable vulnerabilities. It lacks dedicated defensive interaction, counterspells, and board protection spells, leaving key engine pieces and large spells exposed to well-timed removal. However, with consistent land drops and combat pressure, the deck reliably establishes a formidable late-game threat that can eliminate multiple opponents across consecutive turns.
