Illuminor szeras by user3368331

Format: Commander

Commander: Illuminor Szeras

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Illuminor Szeras leads a mono-black artifact aristocrats strategy designed to convert high-mana-value creatures into massive bursts of black mana. The primary game plan sacrifices midrange artifact creatures to Szeras to accelerate into game-ending engines like Bolas's Citadel or infinite reanimation loops with Nim Deathmantle and Dross Scorpion. Secondary paths use Imotekh the Stormlord to flood the battlefield with Necron tokens while draining opponents through Syr Konrad, the Grim or Disciple of the Vault. The commander serves as both an explosive ritual engine and an essential combo piece, turning death triggers and graveyard recursion into direct and lethal table-wide damage.
