Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic five-color engine built around the Partner commanders Michelangelo, the Heart and Leonardo, the Balance. The primary strategy focuses on producing continuous artifact and creature tokens while converting every token entry into team-wide +1/+1 counters. Michelangelo provides reliable early Food production and counters through combat, while Leonardo buffs the entire board whenever a token enters. A dense package of low-cost mana dorks and ramp spells ensures the commanders and key payoffs hit the board ahead of curve. The deck overwhelms opponents by Turn 5 through massive evasive combat swings amplified by Leonardo's five-color activation or Akroma's Will, supplemented by direct damage from All Will Be One and Mirkwood Bats. It also features an infinite token and mana combo via Rosie Cotton of South Lane and Basking Broodscale. Free Commander protection spells safeguard critical turns, making the engine resilient against removal.
