Deck overview

Bartolome del Presidio is an Orzhov aristocrats/reanimator deck built around using the commander as a free sacrifice outlet. The primary plan is to mill cards into the graveyard, reanimate or hardcast a recursive creature, attach a return-on-death aura such as Kaya's Ghostform, and loop infinite sacrifices to trigger drain effects like Zulaport Cutthroat and Bastion of Remembrance. Secondary paths are value reanimation with Sun Titan and Angel of Indemnity, and commander damage from an infinitely large Bartolome through Rogue's Passage. The Grim Captain is not a hidden commander: the deck lacks the required creature types to craft it, so Throne of the Grim Captain is only a mill engine.
