Format: Commander

Commander: Cleopatra, Exiled Pharaoh

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Cleopatra, Exiled Pharaoh leads a Golgari counter engine that blends +1/+1 legend value with a -1/-1 drain combo. Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons is the hidden commander: she converts every -1/-1 counter into a Snake and anchors the real win line. Cleopatra's end-step pumps put additional counters on legendary creatures, so their deaths through Yawgmoth, sacrifice outlets, or board wipes convert into card draw. Secondary plans go tall with Vorinclex, Bristly Bill, and The Ozolith, or cheat out two combo pieces with Defense of the Heart. The primary execution is a Yawgmoth/Blowfly/Hapatra/Nest loop that ends the game through Blood Artist or another drain source.
