Deck overview

This deck is a Mono-Green Voltron and Enchantress build centered on Kosei, Penitent Warlord. Kosei requires three distinct modifications—an Aura, an Equipment, and a counter—before unlocking its signature combat ability. Once fully modified, any combat damage Kosei deals to an opponent is dealt equally to all other opponents while drawing that many cards. The deck accelerates in the opening turns using fast artifacts, mana dorks, and land enchantments. It then deploys Kosei alongside efficient Auras like Rancor or Alpha Authority, Equipment like Shadowspear or Lost Jitte, and counter providers such as Generous Visitor or Gaea's Gift. Connecting on Turn 5 draws a massive hand of fresh cards and deals heavy symmetric damage, setting up a Turn 6 lethal finish. A deep suite of cheap protection spells defends Kosei against removal, while Finale of Devastation provides an alternate win condition.
