Format: Commander

Commander: Sheoldred // The True Scriptures

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Sheoldred // The True Scriptures commands a mono-black control and combo deck built to dismantle opposing boards before executing game-ending loops. Sheoldred enters as an edict removal creature that transforms into The True Scriptures once opponents have eight or more cards in their graveyards, culminating in a full-board creature reanimation. The deck primarily wins through compact two-card combinations, such as Bloodchief Ascension paired with Mindcrank to trigger an infinite mill and life drain loop, or Basalt Monolith with Rings of Brighthearth to generate infinite mana for a lethal Exsanguinate. Bolas's Citadel and robust card draw provide late-game inevitability when combo lines are disrupted.
