Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Izzet Voltron and Spellslinger hybrid commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The game plan revolves around casting Vivi early, equipping it with high-stat artifacts such as Colossus Hammer and Hero's Heirloom, and using Vivi's {0} activated ability to generate massive bursts of colored mana based on its power. This mana fuels additional noncreature spells, which trigger Vivi's ability to put +1/+1 counters on itself and ping each opponent. The deck protects its commander using dense hexproof, ward, and indestructible equipment, then closes games through overwhelming commander damage, extra combat steps via Relentless Assault and Seize the Day, or massive board-clearing burn spells like Chandra's Ignition.
