Dwarves by meiklwhite

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads a Boros Dwarf/equipment swarm that converts every Dwarf entering the battlefield into Treasure tokens, which in turn pump the whole team. The deck's main line is to flood the board with low-cost legendary Dwarves, equip them with cheap weapons, and swing for huge trampling or double-striking attacks. Thorin both ramps and acts as an anthem; the 99 includes tutors, draw spells, and several mass-pump effects to keep the engine running. Secondary lines use Desert Were-Worm or Dain Ironfoot to gain an extra combat and finish in a single turn. Without an infinite combo, it wins through incremental commander damage plus efficient combat.
