Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Spirit-tribal graveyard recursion strategy helmed by Iname, Death Aspect. The primary game plan is to use Iname's ETB trigger to dump a critical mass of Spirits into the graveyard, then recur them en masse through spells like Living Death, Haunting Voyage, or Balthor the Defiled. Secondary lines include draining the table with Syr Konrad, the Grim combined with Morality Shift, or an infect finish via Phyresis or Tainted Strike on an evasive Spirit. The deck is densely packed with rituals and mana acceleration to power out its high-cost reanimation spells, but its heavy reliance on the graveyard makes it vulnerable to hate pieces.
