Deck overview

This mono-blue combo deck leverages Orvar, the All-Form to duplicate lands, creatures, and artifacts whenever you target them with instant or sorcery spells. In the early game, the deck uses efficient cantrips, mana rocks, and cost reducers to deploy Orvar safely. Once the commander is established, cheap single-mana targeters allow you to ramp additional Island tokens and draw cards through engines like Archmage Emeritus and Wavebreak Hippocamp. The primary win condition is an infinite mana and token loop pairing Peregrine Drake with a buyback spell such as Whim of Volrath or Mind Games. With infinite mana, the deck draws its entire library, creates infinite token creatures, and eliminates opponents in the same turn by either manifesting their libraries with Reality Shift loops or bouncing all opposing permanents with Venser, Shaper Savant.
