Deck overview

This is a Sultai Elf typal deck built around Thranduil, the Elvenking as a command-zone expansion of the deck's entire graveyard. Thranduil's ability to copy every activated ability of Elf cards in the graveyard turns the yard into a second hand of mana dorks, tutors, and token spells - so the deck naturally leans into self-mill, looting, landfall, and graveyard-based Elf synergy. The primary plan is to develop a wide, pumped Elf board and finish through combat, with alternate reach from Shaman of the Pack, Gloom Ripper, and Deathrite Shaman. The deck's biggest accelerants are the "weird" activated abilities that Thranduil can double: Woodland Weavemaster for huge mana, Fauna Shaman for tutoring, Bloom Tender for fixing, and Voice of the Woods for 7/7 tokens. The commander is the engine, not the win condition - removing him slows the deck down but doesn't fully stop its Elven tribal plan.
