Balin by EDIKO_MTG

Format: Commander

Commander: Balin, Loremaster

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Balin, Loremaster is a mono-red Dwarf storm/burn commander: the deck accelerates into three artifacts/legendaries/Sagas, then casts Balin so every Dwarf that enters discards a hand-sized pile and burns each opponent for X. The primary kill is a single explosive turn of chained Dwarf ETBs, often multiplied by Roaming Throne and Dictate of the Twin Gods; the fallback is a pinger package plus Wheel effects. The commander is both the draw engine and the payoff, so disruption to Balin is the deck's main vulnerability.
