Deck overview

This is a Boros tribal Equipment deck built around Thorin Oakenshield and the enduring-story mechanic. The deck wants three historic permanents early, then uses Kíli the Resourceful to draw from each Dwarf or Equipment entry once per turn. Equipment such as Andúril, Flame of the West, Buster Sword, and the Swords turn a wide Dwarf board into a combat engine. Dori, Bearer of Friends, Glóin the Mighty, and Diamond Pick-Axe provide useful Treasure-based acceleration, while Stoneforge Mystic and Enlightened Tutor improve access to Equipment. The plan is resilient against some targeted removal because of ward, hexproof, indestructible, and protection effects, but it is exposed to sweepers and to removal aimed at its card-flow creatures. Its pressure is incremental rather than explosive: a normal game develops through turn 6, becomes a must-answer board around turn 8, and wins through several combat steps rather than a compact combo.
