Nekusar, the Mindrazer (Optimized Deck) by GandalfTheBleu

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Nekusar, the Mindrazer leads a classic Grixis 'group slug' draw-matters build. The primary plan is to cast Nekusar, back him with draw-punishment permanents such as Underworld Dreams, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, and Spiteful Visions, then fire off mass-draw spells like Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, and Dark Deal. Damage accumulates from each card each opponent draws, and Solphim, Mayhem Dominus doubles that noncombat damage. Secondary paths include the one-shot Peer into the Abyss, the Locust God's insect swarm, and Psychosis Crawler plus the commander. The deck also runs a strong stack-interaction package to protect its own game-winning turn.
