Counters Matter by Thunderthruster

Format: Commander

Commander: Ms. Bumbleflower

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Bant deck builds +1/+1 counters and wins through combat or alternate counter wins. Ms. Bumbleflower is the main engine: each spell gives an opponent a card, puts a counter and flying on a creature, and draws you two cards on the second trigger each turn. You amplify those counters with doublers like Branching Evolution, Hardened Scales, and Kami of Whispered Hopes, then go wide with Herd Baloth tokens or tall with Chasm Skulker and Gyre Sage. Herald of Secret Streams makes counter creatures unblockable for lethal, while Simic Ascendancy and Twenty-Toed Toad offer non-combat wins. No infinite combo is present; all wins need board development and counter synergy.
