Deck overview

This is a King T'Challa // Black Panther, Hope Enduring Azorius "flyers-plus-second-draw" tempo deck. The front face is the engine: King T'Challa draws a card whenever any player draws their second card each turn, and the deck is loaded with "second draw" payoffs such as Teferi's Tutelage, Psychosis Crawler, Mischievous Mystic, and The Unagi of Kyoshi Island. The back face, Black Panther, is a double-striking, damage-preventing combat finisher with card draw stapled to every hit. The deck wins primarily through evasive flying combat, supported by card advantage, pseudo-drain from Psychosis Crawler, incidental milling from Teferi's Tutelage, a few blink/flicker tools to re-trigger or re-tutor, and a mid-game Storm Herd overload. The commander is a key engine but the flying shell can still develop boards and win through combat without it - a typical "lean on the commander, but other pieces do real work" deck.
