Deck overview

This Azorius Vehicles/Artifacts deck uses Captain America, Living Legend as a value engine that untaps creatures the first time they tap each turn. The primary game plan is to establish mana dorks and cost reducers, deploy the commander, then crew Vehicles repeatedly to draw cards, generate tokens, and eventually overwhelm opponents with evasive, high-power artifact creatures. The deck wins by combat damage, typically through Parhelion II's angel tokens, Cyberdrive Awakener making all noncreature artifacts into 4/4 flyers, or Mechtitan Core's giant token. It also has a backup recursion loop via Dance of the Manse and Emry, Lurker of the Loch. The commander's untap ability synergizes with tap abilities like Ioreth of the Healing House and Unctus, Grand Metatect, enabling explosive turns without being a combo outlet.
