Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Izzet deck centers on transforming Ashling, Rekindled // Ashling, Rimebound into a reliable mana engine that fuels a cascade of high-mana-value spells. The commander loots on the front side and generates two mana (restricted to MV4+ spells) on the back side each turn, enabling the deck to chain expensive value pieces like Etali, Primal Storm, Sunbird's Invocation, and Expropriate. Copy effects, extra turns, and spell-cheat mechanics (One with the Multiverse, Triple Triad) compound the advantage until a board of Dragons, Elementals, and token armies overwhelms opponents. The deck lacks infinite combos and relies on incremental, explosive turns to close the game.
