Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Mardu aggressive reanimator and cost-cheating strategy piloted by Kaalia of the Vast. The primary objective is to accelerate Kaalia into play on Turn 3 or 4, provide her with haste and protection, and attack to cheat colossal Angels, Demons, and Dragons directly onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. High-priority payloads like Master of Cruelties provide immediate one-shot player eliminations, while creatures like Archfiend of Despair, Balefire Dragon, and Archon of Cruelty dismantle opposing boards and life totals rapidly. The deck is shielded by a dense protection suite featuring Grand Abolisher, Deflecting Swat, Flawless Maneuver, and Lightning Greaves, ensuring Kaalia attacks cleanly. Secondary reanimation lines provide reliable recovery if Kaalia is removed.
