Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai spellslinger and combo deck helmed by Kykar, Wind's Fury. Kykar serves as both a token generator and mana engine, converting every noncreature spell into a 1/1 flying Spirit that can be sacrificed for red mana. The early game focuses on deploying 2-CMC mana rocks, fixing mana across three colors, and casting low-cost cantrips and rummage spells. In the mid-game, the deck establishes powerful card-advantage engines with permanents like Archmage Emeritus, Whirlwind of Thought, and Tocasia's Welcome, drawing multiple cards per turn cycle while building an evasive Spirit army. The primary victory condition is an infinite combo assembling Saheeli Rai and Felidar Guardian, which creates arbitrarily many hasty Cat tokens for an immediate table-wide lethal attack. Backup routes include Dualcaster Mage copying Electroduplicate or storming with Storm-Kiln Artist and Haze of Rage. A dense suite of efficient exile removal, flexible countermagic, and sweepers protects the board and safeguards the combo finish.
