Deck overview

This Grixis deck pairs Obeka, Brute Chronologist's turn-ending ability with classic A+B creature combos and high-value temporary effects. While Obeka enables powerful synergies—such as keeping temporary tokens from Sneak Attack, Feldon of the Third Path, and Twinflame, or bypassing the loss triggers on extra-turn spells like Final Fortune and Last Chance—the deck's primary victory route is independent infinite combat loops. Using Dualcaster Mage with Twinflame, or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Splinter Twin with Deceiver Exarch, Zealous Conscripts, or Combat Celebrant, the deck reliably creates arbitrarily large numbers of hasty attackers to defeat all three opponents in a single turn on Turn 5. A robust suite of tutors, reanimation spells, and instant-speed interaction supports this plan, while backup engines like Isochron Scepter provide infinite extra turns when paired with Obeka. The deck balances proactive combo pressure with flexible disruption, recovering quickly through graveyard recursion if disrupted.
