Deck overview

This mono-green tribal aggro deck leverages cheap Bear creatures and rapid mana acceleration to maximize Beorn the Fierce. The primary strategy focuses on deploying two low-cost Bears on early turns, casting Beorn on Turn 4 to immediately trigger its anthem and draw two extra cards, and then accelerating into overwhelming combat damage by Turn 5. High functional redundancy among 2-drop Bears and 1- to 2-CMC ramp pieces ensures exceptionally smooth opening curves. While the deck relies heavily on creature combat and gives opponents two response cycles to answer lethal swings, it compensates with potent protection spells like Heroic Intervention and burst draw power from Shamanic Revelation and Return of the Wildspeaker. Alternate lords such as Ayula, Queen Among Bears and Ruxa, Patient Professor ensure the deck maintains heavy board pressure even if the commander is removed.
