Azula has fun by boredboardgamer

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Fire Lord Azula is a Grixis spell-copy combo deck that wins by attacking with Azula to add {R}{R} and copy every instant or sorcery cast while she attacks. The main plan uses Bonus Round plus Reiterate with rituals (Desperate Ritual, Pyretic Ritual, Seething Song, Turnabout) or Underworld Breach plus Lion's Eye Diamond, Wheel of Fortune and Frantic Search to make infinite mana and copies, then outlets with Lightning Bolt, Electrodominance or infinite Dualcaster Mage tokens via Twinflame and Snap. Azula is the copy engine and mana source, but the Bonus Round ritual loop can win without her, making Breach and Bonus Round hidden engines. The deck is a fast, tutor-dense storm deck that guards its combat window with free counters.
