Format: Commander

Commander: Bria, Riptide Rogue

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bria, Riptide Rogue leads an Izzet spellslinger deck built around prowess triggers and the Otter creature type. The core strategy is to chain cheap instants and sorceries, growing creatures like Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, and Stormsplitter while using Bria's ability to make a creature unblockable each turn. Copy effects from Veyran, Voice of Duality and Kitsa, Otterball Elite amplify spell value, and card draw engines like Archmage Emeritus and Enduring Curiosity keep the hand full. Wins come from accumulated burn damage, a large Sorcerer Class level 3 trigger, or an unblockable army of Manaform Hellkite and Stormsplitter tokens. The deck lacks infinite combos and relies on incremental advantage rather than explosive turns.
