Deck overview

The Reaper, King No More commands a Jund control deck built around -1/-1 counters, creature theft, and token swarms. The deck steadily weakens opposing boards using wither creatures, targeted debuffs, and proliferate spells. When afflicted enemy creatures die, the commander or Necroskitter steals them to build an insurmountable board advantage. Meanwhile, engine permanents like Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons, Nest of Scarabs, and Obelisk Spider turn counter placement into immediate token generation and life drain. The deck closes games through an infinite drain combo using Blowfly Infestation alongside token engines, wide token attacks, or severe board locks via Kulrath Knight.
