Deck overview

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice leads a four-color planeswalker/superfriends deck. The core plan is to use Atraxa's end-step proliferate, counter-doubling permanents like Doubling Season, Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider, and Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion, plus repeatable proliferate from Ichormoon Gauntlet and Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, to make its eighteen planeswalkers reach ultimate-level loyalty quickly. Wins come from planeswalker ultimates - most notably Vraska, Betrayal's Sting's poison line, Jace, Unraveler of Secrets and Narset Transcendent emblems, and extra turns from Teferi, Master of Time and Ichormoon Gauntlet - before token armies and Atraxa herself clean up combat. The deck packs a robust pillowfort of combat restrictions in Dueling Grounds, Silent Arbiter, and Sphere of Safety to keep its planeswalkers alive. Atraxa is a powerful accelerant, but most combo lines live in the 99, so the deck does not collapse if she is answered repeatedly.
