Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet Artifact Voltron strategy led by Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man. In the early game, the deck deploys low-cost mana accelerators and uses Tony Stark's front-face ability to dig four cards deep and draw high-impact artifacts. On Turn 5, it pays {4}{U}{R} to transform into The Invincible Iron Man, a 5/5 flyer with haste that cheats massive Equipment like Excalibur, Sword of Eden, Genji Glove, and Argentum Armor directly into play attached to himself at the start of combat. High-power commander hits and extra combat steps allow the deck to eliminate all three opponents by Turn 7. Efficient counterspells like Force of Will and protection pieces like Commander's Plate shield the commander during critical combat windows. If the commander is removed, Simulacrum Synthesizer and Cyberdrive Awakener provide an effective backup plan by overwhelming the table with scaling Construct tokens and flying animated artifacts.
