This is a Jeskai charge-counter/artifact value deck helmed by Inspirit, Flagship Vessel. The core plan is to accumulate charge counters across a dense artifact base, multiply them with proliferate effects, and close the game through one of several counter-based win conditions: Darksteel Reactor (20 counters = win), Lux Artillery (30+ counters = 10 damage to each opponent), or massive X-burn spells like Crackle with Power and Jaya's Immolating Inferno. The commander serves a dual role - it accelerates the plan by dumping charge counters at combat, and once it reaches 8+ counters it becomes a 5/5 flying attacker that grants all other artifacts hexproof and indestructible, a powerful board-protection layer.
