Deck overview

This deck leverages Zimone, Mystery Unraveler to combine classic Simic landfall ramp with explosive cheat-into-play mechanics. By utilizing fetchlands, land tutors, and extra-land enablers like Exploration and Azusa, Lost but Seeking, the deck reliably triggers Zimone's landfall ability multiple times per turn. The first trigger manifests dread from the top of the library, while subsequent triggers turn any face-down permanent face up for free. Topdeck manipulation tools like Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack, and Sylvan Library stack devastating high-mana permanents on top of the library, allowing early flips of game-ending threats like Blightsteel Colossus, Void Winnower, Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, and Worldspine Wurm. Backed by free countermagic like Fierce Guardianship and Force of Will, the deck establishes commanding board dominance on Turn 5 and closes the game through overwhelming combat and infect damage by Turn 7.
