Deck overview

This is a Grixis Pirate tribal aggro/tempo deck helmed by Admiral Beckett Brass, who pumps all Pirates and steals a permanent from any opponent hit by three or more Pirates in a turn. The primary plan is to deploy a swarm of evasive, value-laden Pirates, attack to trigger combat-damage effects (draw, treasure, theft), and close out through either overwhelming combat damage - often accelerated by Port Razer's extra combat phases - or the alternate win condition Revel in Riches once the treasure count hits ten. The deck generates treasures from Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Breeches, Eager Pillager, Storm the Vault, and Gemcutter Buccaneer, while theft effects like Hostage Taker, Zara, Renegade Recruiter, and Coercive Recruiter let it play opponents' cards. Card advantage comes from combat-damage draw engines like Coastal Piracy and Bident of Thassa. It is a midrange tribal deck that wins through incremental combat pressure rather than a single combo line.
