Deck overview

Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim is an Orzhov aristocrats deck built to grind opponents down through repeated death triggers and then close with a two-card life-total loop. The commander supplies both lifegain on creature ETB and drain on death, while redundant drainers (Zulaport Cutthroat, Cruel Celebrant, Suture Priest) and sacrifice outlets (Ashnod's Altar, Priest of Forgotten Gods) turn skeletons and tokens into reusable damage. The primary finish is Bloodthirsty Conqueror plus Sanguine Bond or Enduring Tenacity, but the deck also carries a fully realizable infinite-sacrifice engine using Pitiless Plunderer and recurring skeletons. Tutoring (Vampiric Tutor, Insatiable Avarice, Buried Alive) and recursion (Reanimate, Lively Dirge) make the plan resilient and adaptable.
