Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Archelos, Lagoon Mystic leads a Sultai landfall stax deck that aims to bury opponents in extra land drops and token swarms before closing with Craterhoof Behemoth. The primary plan uses Azusa, Aesi, Oracle of Mul Daya and Dryad to play multiple lands per turn, triggering Rampaging Baloths, Scute Swarm and Fecund Greenshell to build a wide board while drawing with Aesi, The Gitrog Monster and Consecrated Sphinx. Archelos controls tempo by making permanents enter tapped when tapped and untapped when untapped, synergizing with Winter Orb, Opposition and Propaganda. Hidden commanders are Aesi and Ancient Greenwarden as the true engines; no infinite combo is present, so wins are fair combat via hoof or large Cultivator Colossus.
