Deck overview

This deck uses Rocco, Street Chef to turn exile-casting mechanics into a high-velocity resource engine. By exiling cards each turn, Rocco provides steady card advantage while producing Food tokens and +1/+1 counters whenever players play cards from exile. The primary win condition is an infinite mana loop using Food Chain and Eternal Scourge. Recasting Eternal Scourge from exile generates infinite creature mana and triggers Rocco an arbitrary number of times. The deck converts this state into an immediate victory by casting damage outlets such as Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, or Impact Tremors. If Food Chain is unavailable, the deck can pivot smoothly to Underworld Breach loops or an overwhelming combat overrun using Finale of Devastation and massive token swarms.
