Format: Commander

Commander: Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kefka, Court Mage is the engine: an early forced-discard draw battery whose back face becomes a late flying draw engine if transformed. The deck is built around the front face, pairing it with Megrim, Liliana's Caress, Waste Not, and the Tinybones cycle to convert each discarded card into damage, mana, or cards. Card-draw payoffs (Niv-Mizzet, Parun/Firemind, Psychosis Crawler) make Kefka's draws and Windfall lethal. Notion Thief turns Windfall into a one-sided refill, while Kefka, Dancing Mad acts as a hidden commander-style finisher from full graveyards. Wins are incremental rather than compact; there is no true infinite loop, so the plan is to drain hands, then life, then finish with Tinybones, Trinket Thief or free-spell recursion.
