Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a highly synergistic Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier, aiming to generate massive mana and storm count through cheap instants and sorceries. Vivi grows with each noncreature spell, providing a scalable mana engine and a repeating ping that can close out games. The primary win conditions are infinite mana loops using Reiterate plus a ritual (Seething Song or Desperate Ritual), then channeling that mana into Grapeshot for storm kills or repeatedly casting spells to trigger Vivi's pings. Secondary lines include the Curiosity/Ophidian Eye + Niv-Mizzet, Parun combo for card-draw-based damage, and Underworld Breach to recur rituals for extended combo turns. The deck packs a dense suite of cantrips, cost reducers, and interaction to protect its combo turn.
