Deck overview

Dominated by Vivi Ornitier, this UR deck is a spells-matter engine that grows Vivi with each noncreature spell, turning it into a personal mana battery and a repeatable burn spell. The primary line is to chain instants/sorceries, drawing cards, pumping Vivi, and pinging all opponents; once Hawkeye and Wizard's Staff are online, each spell can deal 6+ damage to every opponent and the game ends quickly. Secondary plans include evasive creatures (Spider-Gwen, The Wondrous Wasp) wearing equipment and a small token/prowess shell around Queen Brahne. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built squarely around Vivi. It is a linear, powerful-when-uncontested deck with a steep dependency on its commander.
