Deck overview

This deck leverages Jace, Multiverse Architect as a 5-color commander and primary polymorph outlet. By deploying early low-cost token generators such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Staff of the Storyteller, the deck rapidly establishes disposable fodder on curve. Once Jace enters the battlefield on Turn 4, activating his −3 loyalty ability exiles a token to reveal cards from the library and cheat overwhelming high-mana threats directly into play. The creature suite features devastating legendary powerhouses including Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Toxrill, the Corrosive, Archon of Cruelty, and Archfiend of Despair. Supported by library-tucking topdeck manipulators like Brainstorm and Brainsurge, the deck avoids strand-in-hand vulnerabilities. Redundant cheat spells such as Proteus Staff, Mass Polymorph, and Synthetic Destiny ensure independence from the command zone, while a robust removal suite and board sweepers keep opposing game plans suppressed until lethal flying damage secures the win.
