Deck overview

This deck is a focused Abzan graveyard toolbox strategy led by Karador, Ghost Chieftain. It uses self-mill cards such as Stitcher's Supplier, Grisly Salvage, and Life from the Loam to transform the graveyard into an accessible second hand while rapidly reducing Karador's casting cost. Once assembled, the deck controls opposing boards by repeatedly casting utility creatures like Plaguecrafter, Cathar Commando, and Spore Frog directly from the graveyard. The primary win condition is a compact infinite loop using Reveillark, Karmic Guide, and a free sacrifice outlet like Viscera Seer or Umbral Collar Zealot, which repeatedly reanimates Gray Merchant of Asphodel to drain all opponents in a single turn. Backup lines using mass reanimation spells like Living Death and Eerie Ultimatum allow the deck to overwhelm the table even when its commander is unavailable.
