Deck overview

This Edgar Markov deck executes a classic tribal aggro-aristocrats game plan that leverages the commander's eminence ability to build a wide battlefield rapidly without dedicated mana investment. By casting inexpensive Vampire creatures on the early turns, each spell generates free 1/1 Vampire tokens. The deck translates this board presence into lethal pressure through tribal lords, power multipliers like Shared Animosity, and combat drain triggers from Sanctum Seeker. When attacking into entrenched boards becomes difficult, the list pivots into an aristocrats drain strategy utilizing Blood Artist and Cruel Celebrant, or closes the game instantly via a two-card combo with Exquisite Blood and Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose. The deck recovers well from removal thanks to low mana curves and eminence persistence, but remains susceptible to exile-based sweepers.
