Format: Commander

Commander: The Second Doctor and Vislor Turlough

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Esper politics deck uses The Second Doctor to offer opponents cards for a fog, while Vislor Turlough goads a creature and draws cards at a life cost. The main plan is to pillowfort with attack taxes and goad, reward opponents for attacking each other with Breena, Combat Calligrapher and Scriv, and grow +1/+1 counters through Nils, Noble Heritage and Orzhov Advokist. Secondary wins come from incremental drain via Psychosis Crawler, Price of Knowledge and Viseling fueled by group draw, and the slow alternate win of Faithbound Judge into Sinner's Judgment. Willie Lumpkin and Chasm Skulker turn the extra draws into card advantage and size.
